Artist's Comments
This painting represents hope, new beginnings, and a new path. It has a lot of personal meaning for me.
I would, however, like to dedicate it to Trilby  whose writings inspire me on a regular basis.I hope that breeze sails you into the warm sun of a bright new day, Hon!   The song that inspired the name is from the 'Legend' soundtrack and is called 'Loved by the Sun', you can listen to it on YouTube. Many of the elements of this painting were inspired by my love and admiration of artist, Michael Parkes. I have been a fan of his for well over 30 years. Stock images that were used as a reference for this painting:  woman violinist (two stocks were actually used) violin and bow  dragonfly sunflower and  swans sun conures Light beams brushes by  were used for the sunthe architecture was completely made up by me  Thank you for looking! This is about 15 hours worth of work in Photoshop  from finding stock to sketching to painting!All groups I belong to have my permission to add this image to their gallery.
