Loved by the Sun

This painting represents hope, new beginnings, and a new path. It has a lot of personal meaning for me.
The symbolism and idea for this painting was inspired by my love and admiration of the work of artist, Michael Parkes. I have been a fan of his for well over 30 years.

I would, however, like to dedicate it to Trilby whose writings inspire me on a regular basis.
I hope that breeze sails you into the warm sun of a bright new day, Hon!
The song that inspired the name is from the 'Legend' soundtrack and is called 'Loved by the Sun', you can listen to it on YouTube.
